经编弹性提花三层网布的染整工艺

摘　　要：采用松弛精炼、预定型、一浴多色染色、皂洗、固色、定型工艺,测试了织物的基本性能,讨论了染整工艺对一次织成鞋型的经编弹性提花三层网布的织物性能的影响。研究表明:采用合理的前处理、一浴双色染色和整理工艺可以提高产品质量,有效解决经编弹性提花三层网布的染色不均、布面褶皱、尺寸偏差等问题。A 3-layers warp knit jacquard elastic fabric was processed by relaxation refining, pre-setting, one-bath muhicolor dyeing, soaping, fixing, setting process. The property of the fabric was tested and the effect of process technology on the fabric property was discussed. Result shows that the quality of the 3- layers warp knit jacquard elastic fabric can be improved by using rational pre-treatment, one-bath muhicolor dyeing and finishing process, which solves the dyeing and finishing problem of the fabric, such as uneven dyeing, easy wrinkle and large size deviation.
