图像处理技术在纺织品测试中的应用

摘　　要：随着纺织测试技术的自动化发展,以计算机技术为基础的图像处理技术越来越广泛地应用于纺织测试领域的各个环节。文章简单介绍了图像处理技术的基本过程及特点,重点介绍了图像处理技术在纺织加工测试过程中的应用,尤其是在机织物的纤维鉴别、纱线测试、组织鉴别和织物相关测试等方面。最后对图像处理技术在纺织测试领域未来的应用发展方向作了简要的说明,为纺织测试技术自动化的研究提供一些理论参考。With the automated development of textile testing technology, computer technology-based image processing technology is widely used in various aspects of textile testing. This paper briefly describes the basic features of the process and image processing technology, focuses on the image processing technology in textile processing testing process applications, especially in the woven fabric of fiber identification, yarn testing, fabric tissue discrimination and related testing. Finally, the image processing techniques are briefly explained in future development of textile testing field to provide some theoretical reference for textile testing technology automation research.
