摘 要:运用单矿物浮选和循环伏安曲线研究镍黄铁矿在无捕收剂条件下浮选行为及表面氧化电化学过程。The collectorless floatation behavior and surface electrochemical oxidation process of the pentlandite are investigated by using the single mineral floatation and cyclic voltammetry analysis. The results show that the surface of the pentlandite is hydrophobic,and the pentlandite is floatable for collectorless within the p H range from 4. 0 to 11. 0 corresponding potential range from 110 m V to 386 m V,it is moderately oxidized on the surface and a large number of hydrophobic sulfur are generated. The hydrophobic sulfur generated at the early oxidation stage is further oxidized to the hydrophilic sulfates and the mineral surface is covered, the electrochemical reaction is blocked and the flotability of the pentlandite is decreased in the high alkaline condition.
