摘  要:为了实现对大型粮仓到的智能管理,提出了一种基于无线监测的自动报警测试系统设计方案,并完成系统的软硬件设计。该系统采用主从工作方式,上位机用PC机,用Laview编程,下位机采用单片机用汇编语言和C语言编程,该系统的硬件部分主要用来检测粮仓温度、湿度并通过无线发送給主机,当检测值达到设定的上限或下限时系统会自动报警。能够完成对其输出信号进行检测。实际应用表明,该系统具有操作简便、测试准确、实时显控的特点。从而达到降低劳动强度,提高测控效率,实现粮仓测控自动化的目的。In order to realize the intelligent management of large-scale granary to, this paper proposes a design of automatic alarm test system based on wireless monitoring, and completes the hardware and software design of the system.The system adopts the master-slave works, PC by PC, with Laview programming, lower machine adopts single-chip microcomputer in assembly language and C language programming, the system is mainly used to test the hardware part of the granary temperature and humidity and through wireless transmission to the host, when setting values to the upper or lower limit of the system will automatically alarm.Able to complete the output signal.Actual application shows that the system has simple operation, accurate, real-time display control characteristics of the test.So as to achieve the reduction of labor intensity, improve the efifciency of measurement and control, the realization of the aim of granary measurement and control automation.
