摘 要:以D-果糖为炭源,通过水热结合氩气热处理的方法制备了Cu_xM_yO/C(M:Fe、Co、V)催化剂.采用XRD、FT-IR等表征手段对催化剂的表面性质和结构进行了研究.结果表明,所制备的Cu_xM_yO/C催化剂中,Co主要以Co_3O_4形式存在,V主要以VO_2形式存在,Fe主要以Fe_3O_4形式存在.Fe(acac)_3和Co(acac)_3的加入能够产生协同作用,提高催化剂活性.同时,对催化剂进行氩气热处理能够增强活性物种与碳材料之间的相互作用,提高催化剂的稳定性,使其在催化氧化反应中能够重复使用.以H_2O_2为氧化剂,乙腈为溶剂,经氩气300℃热处理后的Cu_xCo_yO/C催化剂催化苯甲醛氧化,活性较高.在最优反应条件下,苯甲酸的收率为82.9%,选择性大于99%.催化剂易于分离回收,重复使用5次后,其催化活性几乎不发生改变.CuxOy/C catalysts are synthesized through hydrothermal and heat-treating under argon atmosphere by using D-fructose as carbon source.The surface properties and structure of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,FT-IR.The results indicated that the cobalt oxides in the CuxMyO/C are mainly Co3O4 nanoparticles,the vanadium oxides are mainly VO2 nanoparticels,the iron oxides are mainly Fe3O4 nanoparticles.The addition of Fe(acac)3 and Co(acac)3resulted synergistic effect and increased the catalytic activity.Using H2O2 as oxidant,acetonitrile as solvent,CuxCoyO/C-300 as catalyst in benzaldehyde oxidation reaction,the yield of benzoic acid is 82.9%,the selectivity of benzoic acid is greater than 99%.The catalytic efficiency almost no loss even after 5 repeated cycles.Catalyst can be easily separated from the product after the reaction and recycled.
