摘　　要：为避免称重罐漏料事故,保障香料配方安全,通过PLC控制器采集记录各罐的起始重量,并以此为基础,运用STEP7软件开发实时重量的数据比对模块,当实时重量与起始重量的差值超出设定阈值时,模块自动输出报警信号。在WinCC开发平台上,设计HMI人机交互界面,用于集中显示各罐重量数据和报警信息。系统运行以来,取得了较好的效果,能够实时监控称重罐的重量变化,及时预警阀门泄漏现象,从而有效预防可能引起的配方质量事故,减少了原料浪费,保障了制丝产品的内在质量。In order to avoid weighing tank leakage accidents and to assure the safety of spice formula, PLC controller was adopted to collect the starting weight of each tank. On the basis of the said data, data comparison module of real--time weight was developed with the help of STEP 7 software. When the difference value of real--time weight and starting weight exceeds the set threshold value, the module will automatically output the alarming signal. On the WinCC developing platform, this paper designed a HMI human--computer interaction interface to display weight data of each tank and the alarming information intensively. Since put into operation, the system has achieved good effects. It can achieve real time monitoring of weight change of the weighing tanks and timely warn the valve leakage, thus effectively preventing the possible formula quality accidents, reducing the waste of raw materials and assuring the inner quality of silk--making products.
