摘 要:介绍普通Boost变换器和Boost-ZVT变换器的工作原理,指出Boost变换器的开关管工作在硬开关状态,而Boost-ZVT变换器的主开关管工作在软开关状态。通过理论分析可以知道Boost-ZVT变换器的效率更高,然后将两种电路应用于单相功率因数校正电路中。最后在Pspice软件环境下搭建功率因数校正电路Boost变换器与Boost-ZVT变换器的仿真模型并进行仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析和比较,指出了它们各自的优点与缺点。The operating principles of the common Boost converter and Boost-ZVT converter were introduced in detail, and it is pointed out that the switch of the Boost converter works in hard switching state, while the main switch of the Boost- ZVT converter works in soft switching state. Theoretical analysis shows the efficiency of Boost-ZVT converter is higher, and then the two circuits were applied to the single--phase power factor correction circuit. The simulation models of power factor correction circuit of Boost converter and Boost-ZVT converter were built in the Pspice software environment, and the simulation results were analyzed and compared, and their advantages and disadvantages were pointed out.
