摘 要:混合励磁磁通切换电机(FSHM)是一种新型可调磁的交流无刷电机,在航空航天、风力发电、电动汽车等领域具有潜在的应用前景。在综合已公开FSHM电机定子单元结构特征的基础上寻求可能存在的永磁体、电励磁绕组和导磁磁桥的组合关系,按照永磁磁动势、电励磁磁动势单独与共同作用的激励方式,基于有限元法对8种FSHM电机定子单元就初始磁密、磁链正弦度、调磁机理、调磁能力和发生不可逆退磁可能性等指标进行了比较,为科研与实际场合选用该类电机提供了参考。Flux-switching hybrid excitation machine( FSHM) is an interesting brushless machine with the superiority of field adjustable,which exhibits the potential in the applications of aerospace engineering,wind power systems and hybrid electric vehicles. In consideration of key difference lying in with or without magnetic bridge,the relative position of permanent magnet,fielding windings,bypass magnetic bridge,eight kinds of stator configurations were considered. According to single or combined effect of permanent magnet and electro-magnetic magnetomotive force,the properties of the initial flux density,sinusoidal distortion,regulating coefficient and armature reaction versus were investigated based on the finite element method. It provided reference for the structure selection and development of the class hybrid excitation machine.
