摘  要:模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)由于结构简单,因而在无速度传感器永磁同步电机控制中被广泛采用,用来估算转子位置和转速,但是在周期性脉动负载工况时,MRAS中恒定单一的比例积分(PI)控制器不能很好地满足控制性能的要求。为了避免在不同转速和负载条件下复杂的PI参数调整,研究了基于模糊控制技术的永磁同步电机无速度传感器系统。该调速系统采用转子磁链定向的矢量控制作为其基本的控制策略,利用MRAS对转子位置和转速进行估算,提出了一种基于模糊控制的MRAS。该系统中应用模糊控制器替代PI控制器,省去了需要调整PI参数的麻烦。通过仿真证明了该方法的有效性和可行性,仿真结果表明,基于模糊控制的MRAS能够很好地实现周期性脉动负载工况下电机转子位置和转速的估算,具有较好的鲁棒性。Model reference adaptive system( MRAS) is widely employed for the rotor position / speed estimation in sensorless interior permanent magnet synchronous motor( IPMSM) drives due to its simple scheme,while constant parameters of PI regulator in MRAS cannot meet the requirement of performance with cyclic fluctuating load. In order to avoid the complicated manual tuning of the control parameters in the conditions of different rotation speeds and loads,the fuzzy control employed in sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor drives was investigated. A rotor flux oriented vector control with MRAS based rotor position / speed estimation was employed as the basic control strategy for PMSM system,a fuzzy logic based MRAS scheme was proposed in which a fuzzy controller replaced the conventional PI regulator. Simulation results demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed fuzzy logic based MRAS scheme,which showed good robustness that the rotor position / speed was well estimated under cyclic fluctuating loads.
