摘 要:基于定子电流信号分析的电机故障诊断方法中,需要利用电机转速来计算相关故障特征频率,且对转速精度要求非常高。感应电机运行时,其定子电流中的槽谐波分量携带着与电机转速相关的信息。结合相位差校正法,通过检测定子电流中的槽谐波频率,计算电机转速。试验结果表明,该转速计算方法具有较高的精度,并且不需要增加额外的传感器,在基于定子电流信号分析的电机故障诊断中具有很好的实用价值。In motor fault diagnosis method based on motor current signal analysis( MCSA),the motor speed is used to calculate the fault characteristic frequencies,and speed accuracy requirement is very high. When induction motor is running,the slot harmonic components of stator currents carry the information related to the motor speed. A speed measurement method through the detection of the slot harmonic frequencies based on the phase difference correction method was proposed. The experimental results showed that the speed measurement method had high accuracy. The method did not require additional sensors and therefore had the very good practical value in motor fault diagnosis based on the motor current signal analysis.
