摘　　要：通过梳理国家住宅产业化基地的发展情况,从工业化住宅结构体系应用的角度,解读典型开发企业联盟型住宅产业化基地的代表性工业化住宅建筑案例,总结中国住宅工业化发展取得的成绩和不足,为我国工业化住宅的持续发展,建立符合我国住宅产业化特点的新型发展道路提供一定的参考。By sorting out development condition of national residential industrialization, it interprets representative cases of industrialized residential buildings of typical residential industrialization base of the type of development enterprise alliance from the perspective of application of industrialized residence structure system, summarizes achievements and insufficiencies in development of China＇s residential industrialization so as to provide references for sustainable development of China,s industrialized residence as well as establishment of new development pattern that meets characteristics of China＇s residential industrialization.
