摘 要:用固体核磁共振和在线热裂解气质联用等技术,对固体火箭发动机(SRM)内绝热层成型用硅橡胶气囊材料的力学性能和微观结构进行了研究。根据研究结果提出了绝热层贴片环境中硅橡胶气囊材料的两种老化机理:过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的降解产物二甲基苄醇催化及白炭黑羟基参与的硅橡胶主链解扣式降解,其产物以小分子环状硅烷为主;以侧基氧化为特征,形成大量硅氢化合物和大分子硅烷产物为主的降解方式。The material mechanic features and microstructure of silicone rubber airbag using for SRM inner thermal barrier molding were studied using solid state nuclear magnetic resonance and pyrolusis GC/online in this paper. The two aging mechanisms of silicone rubber airbag in the environment of thermal barrier patch were put forward. One was the main chain button solution degradation of silicone rubber which the catalytic was dimethyl benzyl (the degradation production of dicumyl peroxide) and the reacting with white carbon black hydroxye, as well as the main production was small molecules annular silane. The other was the degradation which characteristic was side base oxidation and large amount productions were silicon hydrogen compounds and large molecules silane.
