摘 要:节水专用型春小麦新品种陇春34号是以墨西哥引进材料CORYDOL(自编号墨引78)为母本、永1023为父本杂交,经多年选育而成。在2012—2013年甘肃省(西片水地)春小麦品种区试中,2 a 12个(点)次平均折合产量7 513.95 kg/hm^2,较对照品种宁春4号平均增产7.03%。在2014年生产试验中,平均折合产量8 006.40 kg/hm2,较对照品种宁春4号增产5.76%,居参试品种(系)第4位。穗型纺锤,红粒角质,株高78~98 cm,生育期104 d。平均穗粒数35.9个,千粒重48.5 g。籽粒含粗蛋白106.9 g/kg、湿面筋22.6%,稳定时间4 min。苗期对混合菌表现中度抗性,成株期对供试菌贵22-9、贵22-14和混合菌表现中抗至中感,对条中32号、条中33号、水4、水5表现免疫。与对照品种宁春4号相比,陇春34号平均节水40%~50%(1 800 m3/hm2以上),WUE提高0.3 kg/m3以上。适宜甘肃河西灌区及国内西北干旱灌区(主动节水、限额灌溉条件下)种植。Longchun 34 is a newly bred spring wheat variety by crossing the water-saving special,the female parent Mexico imported materials CORYDOL(ink-number 78) with the male parent sexual hybridization Yong 1 023 in Hexi irrigation area. In2012 — 2013,the average yield of Longchun 34 is 7 513.95 kg/hm^2,which is 7.03% higher than that of the check Ningchun 4 in 12 points two-year in Xipian irrigated spring wheat variety area test of Gansu province. In 2014,the average yield of Longchun 34 is8 006.40 kg/hm^2,which is 5.76% higher than that of the check Ningchun 4 the production test,ranking the parameters tested varieties(lines) of the four. Spike type spindle,red grain cutin,the plant height is 78 - 98 cm,growth period is 104 days. The average grain number per spike is 35.9,1 000 grain weight is 48.5 g. Grain containing crude protein is 106.9 g/kg,wet gluten is22.6%,stable time is 4 min. In the seedling stage,the mixed bacteria shows moderate resistance to the Gui 22-9,Gui 22-14,and resistance to the mixed bacteria,and the CY32,CY33,Shui4 and Shui5 are immune. Compared with the control variety Ningchun4,the average yield of Longchun 34 is saving water 40% - 50%(above 1 800 m^3/hm^2),WUE increased is more than 0.3 kg/m^3. It is suitable for planting in irrigation areas in the west of Gansu province and the northwest of China.
