瑞舒伐他汀对原发性高血压患者心率减速力影响的观察

摘　　要：目的观察瑞舒伐他汀对原发性高血压患者心率减速力的影响。方法将180例原发性高血压患者,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和瑞舒伐他汀治疗组(观察组)各90例,对照组给予常规降压药物治疗,观察组在常规降压药物治疗基础上加瑞舒伐他汀20mg/d,疗程12周。分别于治疗前和治疗4周、8周、12周监测两组患者24小时动态心电图,计算心率减速力。结果瑞舒伐他汀治疗组患者心率减速力水平在治疗前与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗后均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且随着治疗时间的延长,瑞舒伐他汀治疗组心率减速力水平有明显升高趋势(P<0.01)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可以改善原发性高血压患者心率减速力水平。Objective To evaluate the effects of rosuvastatin on deeeleration capacity of rate （DC） in patients with Essential Hyper- tension （EH）. Methods One hundred and eighty EH patients were randomly allocated into two groups： common treated group （n = 90） and rosuvastatin treated group （n = 90）. Patients in the common treated group got common treatment and those in the rosuvastatin treated group got comanon treatment combined with rosuvastatin 20 mg daily. Two groups were both treated for 12 weeks. DC levels were compared between eon^non treated group and rosuvastatin treated group before treatment and 4, 8, 12 weeks ＂after treatment. Results There were no differences of DC between two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0.05）, but the DC levels were higher in rosuvas- tatin treated group than common treated group after treatment （ P 〈 0. Ol ）, and with the prolonging of treatment, DC had a higher tendency in rosuvastatin treated group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Rosuvastatin could elevate DC levels and reduce the risk of sudden death in patients with EH.
