摘　　要：无线视频应急通信以其直观、高效、部署便捷、信息内容丰富的特点被广泛应用于许多应急通信场合，已经成为移动办公和远程决策的一种重要手段。视频图像的高清化、网络化和智能化一直是无线视频应急通信的发展方向，本文就H．265这一最新编解码标准在该熊猫3G／4G无线视频应急通信系统中的应用做一简单的阐述。Wireless video emergency communication has been widely used in many occasions of emer- gency communication due to the features of direct, high efficiency, easy to deploy and rich information. It has become an important method in mobile office and remote decision-mak- ing. High definition, networking and intelligentize of video image has been the develop- ment trend of wireless video emergency communication. This paper describes the applica- tion of H. 265 coding and decoding standard in Panda 3G/4G wireless video emergency communication system.
