摘  要:为深入研究钢辊式圆型打捆机对完整稻秆的卷捆压缩机理,对完整稻秆进行了闭式压缩试验。针对捡拾打捆时完整稻秆在田间呈现的横向和杂乱2种铺放状态,利用自制压缩装置将稻秆压缩至220kg·m-3,通过试验分析不同的取样部位、含水率、加载速度及同一初始密度下不同加料量对最大压缩力的影响。结果表明:压缩至同一密度时,稻秆杂乱铺放状态比横向铺放状态所需的压缩力明显大。稻秆横向、杂乱2种铺放状态下的最大压缩力模型决定系数分别为0.95和0.90。各因素对最大压缩力的影响规律相似:稻秆含水率越大,最大压缩力越小;取样部位越靠近稻秆根部,最大压缩力越小;同一初始密度下随加料量的增加,最大压缩力先上升后下降;随加载速度的增加,最大压缩力呈先缓慢上升后下降变化趋势,其中含水率对稻秆压缩特性的影响最显著,说明横向铺放状态下高含水率的稻秆更易于钢辊式圆捆机的卷捆压缩。In order to study baling mechanism of intact rice straw by the steel-roll round baler, close compression experiment on intact rice straw was carried out. For solving the problems of horizontal and disorder status of intact rice straw picked up in the field, rice straw was compressed to 220kg·m^-3by the self-made compression device. The effect of different sampling parts, moisture content, loading speed and feeding quantity in the same initial densities on the maximum compression force were analysed. Compared to the horizontal status, rice straw in disorder status required more compression force when compressed to the same density. In the status of horizontal and disorder, the model coefficient of determination on the maximum compression force was 0.96, 0.97 respectively. Influence of the four experimental factors on the maximum compression force was similar. Along with the moisture content increase, the maximum compression force decreased obviously; the maximum compression force increased and then decreased gradually with the increase of loading speed.The closer to the root of rice straw, the smaller the maximum compression force was needed. But at the same initial density, along with feeding quantity increase, the maximum compression force increased and then decreased. Among the four factors, moisture content has the greatest impact on compression force. The rice straw with high moisture content in horizontal status is easier to baling by steel-roll round baler.
