摘 要:本文作者着眼于改善植物油的润滑性能,探索离子液体作为添加剂应用于植物油的可行性.以蓖麻油为基础油,1-己基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐离子液体([HMIM]BF4)为添加剂,配制三种不同质量百分数的混合蓖麻油,分别利用紫外可见光谱仪、流变仪、热重分析仪、四球摩擦磨损试验机、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS)考察了其理化性能和润滑性能,探讨[HMIM]BF4对蓖麻油的作用机理.研究结果表明:随着温度的增加,[HMIM]BF4对蓖麻油的黏温特性影响越来越小,但一定程度上提高了蓖麻油的热稳定性;适量的[HMIM]BF4有助于提高蓖麻油的最大卡咬载荷、烧结点载荷和接触压力,但过多[HMIM]BF4会降低蓖麻油的抗磨损性能和承载能力.In order to improve the lubricating properties of vegetable oil,the probability was discussed that ionic liquids used as additives in vegetable oil. The base oil and additive were castor oil and 1 -hexyl -3 -methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquids ( [ HMIM ] BF4 ), respectively. Lubrication properties of mixed castor oils were investigated using the ultraviolet visible spectrometer, rheometer, therrno gravimetric analyzer, four - ball friction testing fig, SEM and EDS, respectively. The mechanism was explored that the [ HMIM ] BF4 played an role on the castor oil. The results showed that the impact on the viscosity -temperature property of castor oil by the [ HMIM ] BF4 grew smaller gradually with elevated temperature,and the [ HMIM ~ BF4 also increased the thermal stability of the castor oil. Small amount of [ HMIM ] BF4 improved the largest seizured load, sintered point load and contact pressure of castor oil, but a more number of [ HMIM ] BF4 easily deposited on the ball surface and reduced the wear resistance and load - carried capacity of the castor oil.
