摘  要:以长链羧酸盐型阴离子表面活性剂为稠化剂,氯化钾为交联剂,获得了阴离子型清洁压裂液(YD^(-1)),对其性能进行研究。YD^(-1)清洁压裂液黏度随稠化剂浓度的增加而增加,当交联剂的浓度为3%时,其黏度达到最大值。所得YD^(-1)清洁压裂液在80℃、170 s^(-1)下的具有良好的耐温耐剪切性能。携砂性良好,稠化剂浓度分别为3%、4%、5%时,石英砂的沉降速率分别为0.281mm·s^(-1)、0.032 mm·s^(-1)、0.016 mm·s^(-1)。压裂液低温破胶性能良好,原油与4%的压裂液体积比为1∶10时,压裂液在80 min可完全破胶,破胶液黏度在5 m Pa·s以下,破胶液表面张力为28.9m N/m,说明压裂液具有低伤害性。YD - 1 anion surfactant clean fracturing fluid was synthesized by as thickener with long - chain carboxyl- ic acid salt and cross - linking agent with KC1. Its main performance was studied. With increasing dosage of thicken- er, the viscosity of YD - 1 fracturing fluid increased ,which reached the maximum with the content of KC1 is of 3%. The results showed that YD - 1 fracturing fluid had better temperature resistance and shear resistance performance under the condition of 80~C and 170 s-1. The sedimentation rates of the seeds in the fracturing fluid were about 0.281 mm ~ s-1 ,0.032 mm~ s-l ,0.016 mm ~ s-I when the concentration of thickener were 3% , 4% , 5% , re- spectively. It indicated that the fracturing fluid had a better sand - carrying performance. The viscosity of YD - 1 fracturing fluid had decreased below 5 mPa ~ s during 80 rain when volume ratio of crude oil and 4% of the fractu- ring fluid was 1: 10, and the surface tension of the breaker fluid was of 28.9 mN/m. The results have indicated that YD - 1 fracturing fluid has lower damage than guar gum.
