摘　　要：青岛西海岸经济新区在智慧旅游建设过程中,提出"一云多屏,三网融合;互联泛在,示范发展"的智慧旅游发展模式。依据《国家电子政务总体框架》要求,从智慧管理与服务、数据交换共享、智慧应用、感知与设施四个层面构建新区智慧旅游的建设框架,对新区智慧旅游的建设内容和保障措施提出了建议。During the course of building the intelligent tourism in Qingdao West-coast Economic New Area, The paper puts forward the development pattern of intelligent tourism as follows： ＂a cloud and many screens, three network convergence, ubiquitous network, and demonstration development＂. Based on the general framework of national E-government standards, it proposes building the framework of intelligent tourism from such four aspects as wisdom management ＆ service, data exchange ＆ sharing, wisdom application, and sensing facilities. It makes suggestions on the construction content and safeguards of intelligent tourism in Qingdao West-coast Economic New Area.
