摘　　要：十三五规划纲要指出，到2020年我们要全面建成小康社会，习近平总书记在讲话中强调要在2020年让八千万贫困人口全面脱贫。到2020年我们要建成的小康社会，必须是一个经济、政治、文化、社会全方面发展的和谐社会。虽然全面建成小康社会，全面脱贫是困难的，但是在党中央和习总书记的领导下，我们一定可以实现。The thirteenth five-year plan outline point out that we are going to build a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020,general secretary of Xi Jinping stressed the need to make eight million poor people overall poverty at the 2020in his speech.We want to build a well-off society, it must be an economic, political, cultural and social development of all aspects of a harmonious society.It is a difficult task to buiid a well-off society in an all-round way, but we can achieve it with the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and Xi general secretary.
