摘  要:分析了钢丝铠装及铝合金丝(非磁性)铠装海缆的损耗和温升差异。对两种铠装型式的海缆进行通流试验,并开展相关测试,包括海缆内部各层与线芯导体的互感值测试、铅包与铠装不同连接方式下的海缆损耗测试、铅包铠装并联接地点串入不同阻值电阻器时的海缆损耗测试、不同工况下海缆通过大电流时的稳态温升测试。基于大量实验数据,总结得出铝合金丝铠装海缆有利于降低海缆损耗和导体温度,提高海缆载流量。This paper analyses the differences of loss and temperature rise between steel wire armour and aluminum alloy wire(relative permeability is smaller) armored submarine cables. The actual flow tests are taken out on subma- rine power cables with different types of armoures. Inductance mutual between each layer and line-core of submarine cable, submarine cable loss with the lead package and armour connected in different ways, submarine cable loss with different resistors stringed into the ground point of parallel armoured lead package, and steady-state temperature rise with large current under different conditions are tested. Based on a large number of experimental data, it is concluded that aluminum alloy wire armored cable is conducive to decreasing the submarine cable loss and conductor tempera- ture, as well as increasing the submarine cable ampacity.
