摘 要:以一款永磁电机带阶梯状的转轴作为分析对象,对电机转轴进行仿真分析及其实验验证。以模态分析和谐响应分析理论为基础,利用Ansys首先分析了转轴的低阶模态,然后对转轴创建谐响应分析并进行求解,得出了转轴的最大位移频响函数曲线、整体变形以及等效应力云图,从而求解出电机转轴在低阶固有频率下必须避开的运行状态,以及转轴需要优化结构尺寸和刚度的部位。对电动机转轴的生产设计及其优化都有一定的指导意义。With a permanent magnet motor shaft with step ladder shape as analysis object, the simulation analysis was carried out on the motor shaft and its experimental verification. Based on the theory of modal analysis and harmonious response analysis, Ansys firstly analyzed the axis of low-order modal, then the rotor create harmonic response analysis and solving, it was concluded that the rotation of the large displacement and frequency response function curve, the overall deformation and equivalent stress nephogram, thus solving the motor shaft under the low order natural frequency must avoid the running state, need to optimize the structure size and stiffness and the rotation. The production design and optimization of motor shaft has certain guiding significance.
