摘 要:对一种新型四开关逆变器进行研究,这种逆变器仅使用4个开关器件即可输出六个非零基本电压矢量,从而使系统的成本大幅降低,且其不会发生上下桥臂直通,可采用无死区控制。提出了对应的空间矢量脉宽调制方法,建立了带中性线的永磁同步电机的数学模型,并在此基础上搭建了转速、电流双闭环PMSM矢量控制系统的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,这种新型四开关逆变器能够对永磁同步电机进行高效控制,系统具有良好的动静态性能。A novel four-switch inverter was presented, which can output six non-zero basic voltage vectors only using four switches and hence the cost of the drive system was greatly reduced. No dead-time control was needed for the inverter because the upper and lower power devices would not shoot through. The space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) for the novel four-switch inverter was developed and the mathematical model of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) with neutral line established. Finally, a simulation model of the PMSM vector control system with speed and current loops was built and the simulation results verified that the PMSM could be effectively controlled with the novel four-switch inverter, and the system has good dynamic and static performance.
