摘 要:以合金结构钢SCM420H为对象,采用试验法研究了对称端面铣削对其残余应力的影响。设计了长方体的金属板工件,并选择了7个关键点;对金属板进行对称端面铣削后,测量了铣削表面和不同深度层这7个点的残余应力分布。结果表明,铣削后金属板的浅层呈现出规律性较强的的拉伸残余应力,之后变化为数值比较接近的压缩残余应力,最后残余应力稳定在零附近。选择金属板上最有代表性的中心点,研究了主轴转速、铣削深度和每齿进给量对残余应力和最大压缩残余应力层深的影响,为合理选择对称端面铣削参数提供参考。Taking alloy structural steel SCM420 H as the research target,this paper researched the effect of symmetric face milling on residual stress by experimental method. Cuboid- styled workpieces were designed and 7 key points were selected. After symmetric face milling,residual stress distribution of the 7 points at the milling surface and different depth layers were measured. The results show that,disciplinary tensile residual stress presented at shallow layer of the workpiece,then changed into analogical compressive residual stress,and at last stabilized around zero. Taking residual stress of the middle point as the research target,relationship between milling parameters( i. e. speed of spindle,milling depth and feed per tooth) and residual stress layer depth( i. e. depth of residual stress and depth of maximum compressive residual stress) were researched. The results provide guidance for selecting suitable symmetric face milling parameters.
