摘 要:某油田稠油外输采用掺柴油降黏输送工艺,稠油管道加热外输,柴油管道常温输送,两条管道同沟敷设。对于同沟敷设的管道(特别是加热输送的油品管道),管道之间的相互热影响情况需要研究与探讨。在介绍了工程概况的基础上,应用特征线法推导出描述管内非稳定流动及油流温度分布的特征线方程,并通过差分法求出管道各节点温度的表达式,而后利用ANSYS进行计算。计算结果表明:柴油管道对稠油管道前段基本无热影响,对后段进站有微小正的影响,在设计中可以不予考虑,但在施工中一定要确保保温层的厚度及质量,并严格按规定包裹管道,否则会使管道散热增大,导致稠油进站温度降低。An oilfield applies the transportation process of blending diesel oil into heavy oil to decrease viscosity, in which the heavy oil pipeline adopts heating transmission mode, the diesel oil pipeline adopts normal temperature transmission mode. Both pipelines are laid in one trench. The mutual thermal influence between the two pipelines should be researched. This paper uses the method of characteristics to derive the equation of charac- teristics that describes unstable flow and its temperature distribution in the pipeline, and obtains temperature expression at pipeline nodes by difference method, then applies ANSYS to calculate. The calculation results show that the diesel oil pipeline has basically no thermal influence on the front section of the heavy oil pipeline and has slight positive influence on the back-end section so that it can be ignored in design, but the thickness and quality of the thermal insulation layer must be ensured in construction. Otherwise, the thermal dissipation will increase and lead to decrease the temperature of heavy oil entering the station.
