摘  要:中贵线琼江河定向钻穿越地层主要为泥岩和砂岩,岩体较为破碎,定向钻穿越施工将遇到漏浆、卡钻等一系列难题。通过在施工图设计阶段应用物探和钻探相结合的方法探明了地层,以及在导向孔钻进及扩孔过程中采取随钻堵漏、套洗解卡等有效措施,成功地解决了工程难题,使管道一次回拖成功。着重介绍了穿越断面的地质情况及穿越设计,光缆导向孔的钻进,主管导向孔的钻进、扩孔及洗孔、回拖等主要施工过程,最后介绍了扩孔器的选择、泥浆的配备、卡钻的解卡等施工经验。The strata where Zhong-Gui Pipeline crossing Qiongjiang River by diretional drilling consist of mudstone and sandstone mainly. Owing to the fractured rock, directional drilling construction will face a series of problems such as mud leakage and drill bit stuck. To solve these problems, the combined geophysical exploration and drilling method is applied to explore the strata; the measures such as plugging leakage along with drilling and releasing drill bit stuck by washover are taken in pilot hole drilling and hole expanding. Therefore, the pipeline pullback succeeds once. This paper illustrates the geological condition of crossing profile, crossing construc- tion design, and main construction procedures including pilot hole drilling for fiber optic cable, and pilot hole drilling, hole expanding and cleaning, and pullback for main pipeline. Finally, it introduces the construction experience involving hole expender selection, mud preparation and drill bit stuck releasing.
