摘  要:三层PE防腐保温管中,高密度聚乙烯层与聚氨酯硬质泡沫保温层之间存在弱边界层,为了满足定向穿越对防腐保温管剪切强度的要求,最有效的方法是对高密度聚乙烯层进行极化处理。介绍了利用抛丸、火焰加热复合极化工艺对三层PE防腐管进行极化的工艺流程、设备及检测方法,探讨了抛丸、火焰加热复合极化机理及对粘接力的影响。试验和工程应用表明:极化处理后的三层PE防腐管聚乙烯层表面张力均大于5.4×10^(-2)N/m;在常温((23±2)℃)下,防腐保温管的轴向剪切强度≥0.3 MPa,切向剪切强度≥0.37 MPa;穿越管段采用该三层PE防腐管能够承受定向钻回拖时的外在条件,满足设计技术指标和要求。烟台至淄博管道工程中的所有定向穿越工程均使用该三层PE防腐保温管,无任何质量问题出现。There is a weak interface between the high density polyethylene layer and the hard polyurethane foam layer in 3LPE structure of anticorrosion pipe. In order to meet the shear strength requirement of the anticorrosion pipe for directional drilling crossing, the most applied method is to conduct polarization treatment of the high den- sity polyethylene layer. The process flow, equipment and inspection method of polarization treatment of 3LPE pipe by applying combined blasting and flame heating process are introduced. The mechanism of the combined blasting and flame heating process and its effect on adhesion are also discussed, The tests and engineering application show that for polarization treated 3LPE pipes, the surface tension of polyethylene layers is greater than 5.4 × 10^-2 N/m; Axial shear strength is greater than 0.3 MPa and tangentia) shear strength is greater than 0.37 MPa at normal temperature of (23± 2) ℃, The crossing pipeline section constructed with this kind of pipes can bear the pullback forces during directional drilling and meet design specifications. All directional drilling projects in Yantai-Zibo Pipeline Project adopt this kind of pipes and no any quality problem is found.
