摘  要:为了解决传统纳污能力计算模式中难以实现动态纳污能力计算的问题,从纳污能力的动态性出发,以革新传统纳污能力计算模式、实现动态纳污能力计算为目标,提出了一种动态纳污能力计算模式。此模式是基于综合集成平台,采用知识图技术可视化的将河流以水功能区为单元概化为节点予以展现,结合组件、Web Service等技术,快速灵活的搭建动态纳污能力计算仿真系统。通过时间尺度动态、模型方法动态、保证率动态和模型参数动态四种动态方式实现纳污能力的动态计算,并以黄河龙门至三门峡河段为例进行实例应用。实例分析结果表明:通过不同计算条件及模型方法之间的相互组合,能够动态的计算龙门至三门峡河段的纳污能力,同时在知识图中增加或者减少功能区节点和组件,可实现应用系统的快速更新。同时也表明基于综合集成平台的动态纳污能力计算仿真系统能将河流纳污能力计算过程可视化、组件化、动态化,系统的动态性为决策者提供了决策空间。说明动态纳污能力计算模式具有可操作性和动态性。Starting from the dynamics of water environment capacity, to reform the traditional mode of water environment capacity calculation and realize the dynamic calculation of water environment capacity as the goal, the mode of dynamic water environment capacity calculation was put forward. This mode was based on the integrated platform, the river was taken into node using water function area as a unit, which visualization showed by knowledge graph technology. The simulation system of river dynamic water environment capacity calculation was constructed by combining with component, Web Services technology,According to dynamic of time scale, dynamic of models, dynamic of assurance rate and dynamic of model parameters realized dynamic calculation of water environment capacity. The Yellow River between longmen and sanmenxia as a example test that new mode. The result showed that simulation system of river dynamic water environment capacity calculation could be, visualized.At the same time, the dynamic of system could provide dicision space for dicision-maker. Based on the results mentioned above,the mode has its dynamic and maneuverability, which provides a new way for the research of water environment capacity calculation mode.
