行为转变干预模式在促进实施中医护理方案中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨运用行为转变干预模式在促进实施中医护理方案中的作用,分析影响中医护理方案实施的瓶颈问题。方法在全院范围内创建的中医护理病房中随机选取32个病房,实施以行为转变理论为基础的干预模式,在干预前后对实施方案情况进行调查和测评,比较干预前后实施方案的情况。结果护理人员干预前后行为改变阶段分布情况和中医护理技术开展情况显示,干预后方案实施的状况明显提高(P<0.05)。结论应用行为转变干预模式能促进方案的临床实施,全面提升中医护理质量,不断延伸护理服务领域,对提高中医护理效果,规范中医护理措施,具备较强的可操作性及实用性。Objective To explore the role of behavior transformation intervention model in implementing TCM nursing program and to analyze the bottleneck problem in the implementation of TCM nursing program.Methods 32 TCM wards were randomly selected and received intervention mode based on behavioral change theory.The program implementation was evaluated before and after interventions.Results Compared with the implementation plan,the intervention program was significantly improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of behavior transformation intervention model can promote TCM program,improve the quality of nursingand standardize nursing measures.
