摘 要:滑环装置故障严重影响着双馈异步发电机励磁稳定性。针对这一问题,提出将电刷电流dq0变换应用到滑环装置故障诊断中。首先,分析了滑环运行电阻对励磁电流的影响,从理论上证明滑环旋转运行时将引起电刷电流固定谐波分量的产生。然后以滑环故障前后的电刷电流谐波畸变率为基础,采用修正后的恒功率dq0变换方法,通过电刷电流在dq坐标系中的形状来直观、精确判断滑环装置有无故障。最后,在动模实验室搭建滑环装置故障诊断实验平台,对其故障在不同严重程度下的电刷电流实测数据进行了分析,其结果与理论研究相吻合,验证了该诊断方法的有效性。该诊断方法简单可行,避免了传统方法中人工检测造成的资源浪费,具有较强的工程实践意义。The fauh of slip ring device will seriously affect the stability of doubly-fed induction generator excitation. To solve this problem, the paper applies the method of brush current dq0 transform to the slip ring device fault diagnosis. First, the paper analyzes the impact of the slip ring operation resistance on the excitation current minutely, theoretically proving that the slip ring rotating will cause a fixed harmonic of the brush current. Then based on the harmonic distortion rate of brush current before and after fault, the paper uses the dq0 transformation method to determine whether the slip ring device is fault accurately,through the shape of the brush current in the dq coordinate system. Finally, the paper builds the experimental platform of the slip ring device fault diagnosis in the laboratory, and analyzes the measured data of the brush current under different severity of fault. The analysis results coincide with the theoretical study, verifying the validity of the diagnosis method. The method of fault diagnosis is simple and feasible, avoiding the waste of resources caused by manual inspection in traditional methods, which has a strong engineering practical significance.
