血浆LPA、Hcy联合检测在下肢深静脉血栓早期诊断中初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆溶血磷脂酸(lysophosphatidic acid,LPA)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)联合检测在下肢深静脉血栓(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)早期诊断的临床意义。方法根据《深静脉050051断和治疗指南》诊断标准,将30例DVT患者分为DVT组,另选60例健康者作为对照组。分别测定各组血浆LPA和Hcy水平。结果1治疗前DVT组血浆LPA和Hcy水平较健康对照组明显升高(P<0.001);2治疗后DVT组血浆LPA和Hcy水平较健康对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 LPA和Hcy是深静脉血栓的敏感指标,两者结合对深静脉血栓的早期诊断及预后有着重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the expression of serum levels of lysophosphatidic acid（LPA）and homocysteine（Hcy）in the early diagnosis of patients with deep venous thrombosis（DVT）.Methods According to the Standard of＂deep vein thrombosis diagnosis and treatment guidelines＂,30 patients with DVT were grouped as DVT group.Additionally,60 healthy individuals were included as control group.The serum level of LPA and Hcy were measured,respectively.Results 1 Before treatment,the serum level of LPA and Hcy were significantly higher in DVT patients than that of the control group（P〈0.001）;2 After treatment,the serum level of LPA and Hcy in DVT patients showed no significant difference than that of the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The serum level of LPA and Hcy in DVT patients was significantly increased,suggesting that Combined Detection may have potential clinical value for early diagnosis and prognosis of DVT.
