摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市城镇职工对我国城镇职工医疗保险的满意度,探索影响城镇职工医疗保险的因素。方法采用问卷调查法,结合SPSS软件,用频数统计和卡方检验的方法对其影响因素进行分析。结果 10个维度的总平均满意度得分为27.81分,其中满意度最高的是减轻医疗负担,其次是医护人员的工作态度和报销比例;满意度最低的是定点药店服务水平。影响职工人群对医疗保险满意度的因素分析显示:认知度对医疗保险满意度存在差异。结论加大群众了解程度是完善医疗保险的基本内容,提高服务质量是完善医疗保险的根本主题,大力发展医疗保障制度是解决民生问题的重要环节。OBJECTIVE Understand the worker＇s satisfaction of medical insurance for urban workers in China,to explore the influence factors of medical insurance for urban workers.METHODS By using questionnaire,combined with SPSS Software,the influencing factors were analyzed by method of frequency statistics and chi-square test.RESULTS The total average satisfaction score of 10 dimensions was 27.81,the highest satisfaction was to reduce the medical burden,followed by the medical staff working attitude and reimbursement ratio;the lowest satisfaction was a fixed level of pharmacy services.Factors affecting the satisfaction of workers medical insurance analysis showed：people had non influence on the satisfaction degree of medical insurance.CONCLUSION Increase the degree of insight to the masses is to perfect the basic content of health insurance,improve the quality of service is the basic theme,perfect the medical insurance and develop the medical security system were the important links to solve the problem of the people＇ s livelihood.
