泸州市社区高血压患者自我管理现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查泸州市高血压患者自我管理现状及其影响因素,为社区实施针对性高血压患者的自我管理指导提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对泸州市城区35-69岁高血压患者进行问卷调查。结果 420例高血压患者自我管理行为的标准总得分为（59.03±12.38）分,44.6%的患者自我管理行为处于低水平,52.4%处于中水平,2.9%处于高水平;单因素和多因素分析均显示患者的自我管理与患者性别、年龄、家庭人均收入、血压分级和高血压患者建档情况有关。结论泸州市高血压患者自我管理状况不佳,多个因素影响患者的自我管理水平。有关部门应准确评估高血压患者自我管理的薄弱环节,并有针对性地对他们加强健康宣传和健康管理,以提高社区高血压患者的自我管理能力,控制血压,减少心脑血管疾病和并发症的发生。OBJECTIVE To provide evidence for community service and actualize a series of highly individualized approaches to manage themselves by investigating the self-management status and influences of hypertension patients.METHODS Stratified cluster random sampling was used to investigate original residents in Luzhou who were in the 35-69 demographic with questionnaire,collect the related data to analyze the self-management status in the hypertension patients.RESULTS Among 420 hypertension patients the standard score was（59.03±12.38）,183（44.6%） was at a low level,215（52.4%） at the middle level and 12（2.9%） at a high level.Factor and multi factor analysis showed the patient＇ s age,family income per capita,duration of hypertension,files of the patients with hypertension,blood pressure classification and chronic-diseases lectures all were associated with self-management.CONCLUSION The self-management of hypertension patients in Luzhou was not so good due to multiple factors.The department of medical institutions should make an accurate assessment of hypertensionpatients with the related health propaganda and health management.In addition,it could improve the ability of self-management for patients to control blood pressure and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular complications.
