工程项目施工阶段成本控制要素及其关系研究

摘　　要：以工程项目施工阶段成本控制要素为研究对象,通过文献研究初步识别出30个成本控制的基本要素并进行问卷调查;然后运用相对重要性指数分析要素之间的相对关系,并对排名靠后的要素进行分析;最后,运用主成分分析法探索要素的内部关系,提取7个主成分因子进行解释和命名,分别是:动态监控、计划水平、控制尺度、沟通协作、资源控制、控制手段和成本分析。Taking the factors of cost control for engineering project in construction phase as the study object,preliminarily identifies 30 cost dynamic control factors by literature research and make a questionnaire investigation. Then uses the relative importance index to analyze the relative relation between the factors,and further explains the low-ranking factors. Finally,explores the internal relationship among the factors by using the principal component analysis,explains and names the seven principal component factors,namely dynamic monitoring,plan level,control measure,communication and collaboration,resource control,control method and cost analysis.
