摘　　要：剖析2013新版建筑安装工程费与2003版的主要区别,比较人工费、材料费、机具费、企业管理费、规费和税金的变化之处,探讨新版建安工程费变化的两大原因,最后阐述新版建安工程费应用的注意事项。This paper analyzes the main differences between the 2013 new edition and the 2003 edition of building installation engineering costs,summarizes the changes of the labor costs,material costs,machine and tool costs,management fees,fees and taxes,discusses two reasons of building installation engineering costs change,expounds some matters needing attention in the application of the new building installation engineering costs at last.
