摘　　要：在市场经济下,公共设施作为共享型社会产品,如何在保证其优质高效地实现社会公益目标的同时保证其经济效益和避免寻租空间,成为其建设理论的一道难题。本文尝试运用解构主义方法,剖析其内在结构机制,从其产品双重性和体制双重性的各自特性和其融合的形式与程度可能性出发,探讨其有效"架构"和"度"的把握,并提出公共设施的发展策略。Under the condition of market economy,public facility as social shared products,how to guarantee its realization of social goals efficiently while ensure the economic benefit and avoid rent-seeking space,has become a puzzle of its construction theory. This paper tries to use deconstruction method,analyzes its internal structural mechanism. The research starts with the respective characteristics of the dualism of the product and the dualism of the system,and the form of cooperation and to which extent the cooperation will be,discusses its ＂structure＂and determination of ＂degree＂,puts forward the development strategies of public facilities.
