摘 要:探讨不同温度、不同光照对紫菀(Aster tataricus L.f.)根腐病病菌生长的影响,比较了在不同温度、不同光照处理下紫菀根腐病的生长速率。结果表明,15~35℃病原菌均可以生长,较适宜生长的温度区间为20~30℃,最适宜生长的温度区间为25~30℃。不同光照对病原菌的生长也有一定的影响,其中24 h连续黑暗处理的菌落生长势最好。The influence of different temperature and illumination on Aster tatar/cus L. f. root rot pathogen growth were mainly discussed. The growth rate of A. tataricus L. f. root rot under different temperature and different light processing were compared. The results showed that pathogenic bacteria can grow when temperature was 15-35 ℃. The suitable growth temperature was 20-30 ℃ ,while the optimum growth temperature was 25-30 ℃. Different illumination also had certain influence on the growth of pathogenic bacteria. It was the colony with 24 h continuous darkness processing that had the best growth potential.
