摘  要:选定3个月季(Rosa hybrida Hort.)杂交品种和疏花蔷薇(Rosa laxa Retz.)为试验材料,在不同干旱胁迫环境下测量其植株生长量,确定干旱适应性。再结合材料的叶片失水率和初次萎蔫时的土壤含水量,比较这些耐旱性指标与干旱适应性的关系。结果表明,参试植物的干旱适应性高低排序为天山祥云(R.laxa×hybrida cv.Tianshan Xiangyun)、疏花蔷薇、梅朗口红(R.hybrida cv.Rouge Meilland)、天山霞光(R.laxa×hybrida cv.Tianshan Xiaguang),但以叶片失水率和初次萎蔫时的土壤含水量作为耐旱性指标所显示的耐旱性与以植株生长量为指标的干旱适应性并不一致。Rosa laxa Retz and three Rosa hybrida Hort. cuhivars were cuhured under different drought stress level, and their plant growth was determined to determine the drought adaptability. Then the drought resistance indicator such as rate of excised-leaf water loss and soil moisture content when first withering was compared with drought adaptability. The results indicated that the order of drought adaptability ranking from high to low was R. laxa x hybrida cv. Tianshan Xiangyun and R. laxa Retz, R. laxa x hybrida cv. Tianshan Xiaguang, R. hybrida cv. Rouge Meilland. The drought resistance indicator such as rate of excised-leaf water loss and soil moisture eontent when first withering was not inconsistent with drought adaptability using growth as the indicator.
