摘 要:为了全面地比较不同浓度锌、铜微肥配施对宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)中有效成分及微量元素含量积累的影响,促进枸杞合理使用微肥,以宁杞1号(L.barbarum cv.Ningqi No.1)为材料,选取中宁、银川园林场两地,在枸杞叶面喷施不同浓度的硫酸锌、硫酸铜进行试验,利用高效液相色谱仪、原子吸收分光光度计进行宁夏枸杞有效成分及微量元素的定量分析。结果表明,在设定的锌、铜配施浓度范围内,试验两地枸杞有效成分及微量元素积累的趋势基本一致,呈现随着浓度的增加,枸杞有效成分及微量元素均有显著的提高,达到一定量后,则随着浓度的增加其积累量呈下降趋势,最终确定出锌、铜微肥适宜的配施浓度为锌0.10%、铜0.03%。In order to fully study the effects of Zn and Cu on effective component enrichment and trace elements absorption rules of Lycium barbarum L. and promote the safety, using L. barbarum cv. Ningqi No.7 as the material, Zn and Cu trace element fertilizer were sprayed through leaf in two garden field of Zhongning and Yinchuan. Atomic absorption and HPLC method were developed for quantitative analysis. The results showed that in the settings of Zn and Cu concentration in application scope, the accumulation trend in the two garden field are basically the same. With the increase of Zn and Cu concentration, the content of effective components and trace elements in Chinese wolfberry obviously was improved firstly and then decreased after reaching the peak. Ultimately, it was determined that the suitable spraying concentration of Zn, Cu fertilizer was Zn 0.10% and Cu 0.03%.
