摘 要:在条件相同的15个温棚培育池中进行培育试验,将培育池随机分为3组以分别投放3种不同密度的中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)蟹苗进行对比养殖。结果表明,通过45 d的培育,蟹苗的出售规格为300只/kg左右,成活率为20%左右,且蟹苗的初始放养密度明显影响蟹苗的出售规格,但对蟹苗成活率的影响不大。因此,温棚培育池条件下进行河蟹苗本地化培育是可行的。The cultural trials were conducted in the 15 cultivation pools in greenhouse with the same conditions, and these cultivation pools were randomly divided into three groups for the stocking density trials. The results showed that the sale sizes of the crab seeds were about 300 individuals per kilogram after 45 d cultural, and the survival rates were about 20%. The initial stocking densities had obvious influences on the sale sizes of the crab seeds, but had little effects on the survival rates. This study indicated that the seedling cultivation localization of Chinese mitten crab is feasible under the condition of cultivation pool in the greenhouse.
