中药贴敷涌泉穴对子宫内膜异位患者使用GnRH-a时潮热出汗的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药贴敷涌泉穴对子宫内膜异位患者使用Gn RH-a时潮热出汗的影响。方法收集120例确诊为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组于术后第3天给予Gn RH-a（戈舍瑞林）3.6 mg/28 d,共4次;治疗组于术后第3天给予Gn RH-a（戈舍瑞林）3.6 mg/28 d,共4次,给予Gn RH-a当晚使用中药贴敷涌泉穴,1个月为1个疗程,连续4个疗程。结果治疗组患者在使用Gn RH-a时潮热出汗的副反应明显少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药贴敷涌泉穴能明显减少子宫内膜异位患者使用Gn RH-a时潮热出汗的副反应。Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicinal application at Yongquan（KI1） on hot flush and sweating brought by using Gn RH-？ in patients with endometriosis. Method Totally 120 patients diagnosed with endometriosis of stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The control group started to receive Gn RH-？（Goserelinum） at 3.6 mg/28 d since post-operational day 3, 4 times in total; the treatment group started to receive Gn RH-？（Goserelinum） at 3.6 mg/28 d since post-operational day 3, 4 times in total; at the night of taking Gn RH-？, the treatment group was also given Chinese medicinal application at Yongquan, a month as a treatment course, successively for 4 courses. Result The side effects of using Gn RH-？, including hot flush and sweating, were significantly less in the treatment group than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medicinal application at Yongquan can significantly reduce the side effects including hot flush and sweating brought by using Gn RH-？ in patients with endometriosis.
