纳甲法针刺配合电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察纳甲法针刺配合电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选择90例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组采用常规电针治疗,观察组采用纳甲法针刺配合电针治疗;记录眩晕视觉模拟评分(VAS)及眩晕障碍评分(DHI)、超声多普勒椎-基底动脉收缩峰流速(BA),疗效及治疗时间,并运用SPSS19.0系统分析。结果观察组出院时VAS为(0.62±0.75)分,DHI为(7.71±6.26)分,BA为(52.60±3.53)cm/s;对照组出院时VAS为(2.04±1.49)分,DHI为(30.91±14.63)分,BA为(43.04±6.36)cm/s;出院时观察组临床痊愈率为77.8%,对照组临床痊愈率为26.7%;观察组治疗时间为(7.04±2.98)d,对照组治疗时间为(15.00±4.79)d;两组VAS、DHI、BA、临床痊愈率、治疗时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳甲法针刺配合电针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病能较快改善症状、缩短疗程,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of day-prescription-point acupuncture plus electroacupuncture in treating cervical spondylotic arteriopathy. Method Ninety patients with cervical spondylotic arteriopathy were randomly allocated to two groups, 45 cases each. The control group received conventional acupuncture and the treatment group, day-prescription-point acupuncture plus electroacupuncture. The Vertigo Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） score and the Dizziness Handicap Inventory（DHI） score were recorded. Ultrasonic Doppler vertebrobasilar artery peak systolic velocity（BA） was measured. The therapeutic effects were evaluated. The duration of treatment was observed. An analysis was made using the SPSS19.0 system. Result At discharge from hospital, the VAS score, the DHI score and BA were（0.62±0.75）,（7.71±6.26） and（52.60±3.53）, respectively, in the treatment group and（2.04±1.49）,（30.91±14.63） and（43.04±6.36）, respectively, in the control group; the clinical recovery rate was 77.8% in the treatment group and 26.7% in the control group; the duration of treatment was（7.04±2.98） days in the treatment group and（15.00±4.79） days in the control group. There were statistically significant differences in the VAS score, the DHI score, BA, the clinical recovery rate and the duration of treatment between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Day-prescription-point acupuncture plus electroacupuncture can improve the symptoms more rapidly, shorten the course and produce a marked therapeutic effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic arteriopathy.
