摘  要:以胡椒酸为原料,经由草酰氯酰化,再与不同的芳香胺反应制得多种新型胡椒碱衍生物,这些化合物结构经~1 HNMR,ESI-MS分析表征。对反应条件进行了优化改进,结果表明:芳香胺的胡椒碱衍生物的合成过程中,以吡啶作为催化剂,反应结束后,直接将反应液倒入一定量的水中,即可析出产物,此方法可以大大提高反应的总收率,且操作简单,反应更为绿色环保,有利于胡椒碱衍生物的工业化生产。Several new piperine derivatives had been synthesized by using piperinic acid as the starting material. Firstly the piperinic acid was acylated with oxalyl Chloride, then the amidation reaction between the acyl chloride and arylamines were carried out to synthesis some novel piperine derivatives. All products were characterized and confirmed by ^1 H NMR, and ESI-MS. The reaction conditions were optimized. The results showed that in hydrosoluble pyridine all reactions could be carried out effectively at room temperature. And when reaction mixtures were poured into a certain amount of water directly after reaction, the product precipitated. In this way, the overall yields of target compounds could be improved greatly. In addition, the simple operations and the environment friendly conditions are advantageous to the industrialized production of piperine derivatives.
