摘　　要：本文设计了基于B/S结构的钻井平台管理信息系统,运用了JSP、网络服务器、数据库等技术,设计了系统的体系结构,调查分析了平台管理信息系统的业务范围,并进行功能结构设计。同时,提出了一种实现平台端与岸基端数据同步的通信方式,利用发送端端口号,确保了系统数据通信的同步,成功开发了基于B/S结构的钻井平台管理信息系统。The design of drilling platform management information system based on B/S structure is developed by using JSP. web server, database and other technologies. The frame of drilling platform management information system is put forward,its operation information was investigated and researched,and its function was given.Meanwhile, this paper presented a method which realize the data synchronization of platform side and shore side,used the transmission side port as the main basis for data synchronization, and succeeded in developing a management information system based on B/S structure.
