摘　　要：在国民经济快速发展和我国经济体制制度改革不断深入和完善的情况下,计算机网络技术正处于飞速发展的阶段。随着域网的建设和完善,电子商务网站也随即进入网络,它有着及时更新、宣传面广、展示公司形象等优点。文章的系统是基于WEB的电子商务网站的设计与开发而设计,有着一般电子商务网站的所有功能,它可以有效地完成对网站上发布信息的动态控制和静态管理,使得网站的运营更为顺利,管理员也可以更加及时、有效地管理网站内容。Under the circumstances of rapid economic development and China＇s economic system deepening and perfecting, computer network technology is in the rapid development stage.With the domain network construction and improvement, e-commerce sites also in the network, it has advantages such as timely update, wide publicity, display corporate imaget.System in this paper is based on the design and development of e-commerce sites and WEB design, wich have all functions on general e-commerce site.It can effectively complete the information published on the website of dynamic and static control management, so that operation of the site be more smoothly, administrators can manage the site content more timely and effectively.
