摘　　要：习近平总书记关于沂蒙精神的重要讲话,深刻揭示了沂蒙精神的精神实质与生成基础,对新形势下弘扬沂蒙精神提出了更高的要求。要深刻认识到,在长期的革命与建设中,山东党政军民"水乳交融、生死与共",共同铸就了"大仁大义、奋发有为"的沂蒙精神。党的群众路线是沂蒙精神产生与发展的重要基础。新形势下弘扬沂蒙精神,不仅要引领人民群众继续"爱党爱军、开拓奋进、艰苦创业、无私奉献",更重要的是引领党员干部继续"胸怀群众、引领群众、爱护群众、奉献群众"。党政军民共同弘扬"大仁大义、奋发有为"的沂蒙精神,才能重铸"水乳交融、生死与共"的党群关系。The Xi Jinping's speech on Yimeng Spirit deeply reveals the spiritual essence and generative foundation, and puts forward high requirements to expand Yimeng Spirit in the new situation. In fact, Yimeng Spirit resulted from close relationship between the Party and the masses. The mass line of the Party is the vital base to the generation and development of Yimeng Spirit. In the new situation, the spirit can not only lead the masses to continuous love to our Party and army, but also care about the mass es, love them, contribute to them. Only our Party and masses to expand the spirit together can rebuild the close relationship be tween them.
