水平井测井仪器牵引器输送工艺改进及应用

摘　　要：分析JHYQ-A型牵引器在使用过程中出现的各种问题,并对其输送工艺进行了相应改进,即:采用六臂扶正器代替四臂扶正器,以及根据下井仪器的质量调节扶正器的支撑力等方法降低牵引器功率的无畏损耗;在仪器的不同部位安装单芯柔性短节,增大了仪器串的刚性长度,满足了各种曲率半径的水平井施工需要;在仪器串顶部添加旋转短节,释放来自电缆上的旋转力矩,使井下仪器的姿态相对稳定,提高了RIB测井资料的质量。JHYQ-A型牵引器已累计应用150多井次,测井成功率超过86%,但要求井筒环境良好。Aiming at the problems of JHYQ-A retractor in use ,corresponding improvements have been made in its transportation process：using six -arm centralizer instead of four -arm centralizer ,adjusting the centralizer＇s sup‐porting force in line with the quality of the downhole instrument to lower the loss caused by the retractor＇power , adding the rotation sub at the top of instrument set to release running torque from the power cable so that the per‐formance of the downhole instrument can be relatively stable and RIB logging information be better .The application of JHYQ-A retractor has been accumulated to more than 150 wells .Success log ratio has exceeded 86% under good condition of the wellbore .
