摘 要:传统单管反激变换器由于开关管电压应力大、效率低等缺陷,难以应用于高压宽范围输入、大功率电源中。而双管反激变换器主开关电压应力为输入电压的一半,变压器原边无需RCD吸收电路,具有宽输入范围、高压、大功率、高效的优点。文中设计了一款输入100 V^400 VDC、输出24 V/6 A直流的高效率电源,并通过样机实验验证了上述特点。Due to the high voltage stress of the switch, low efficiency and other defects, traditional single-switch flyback converter is difficult to apply to high-voltage and wide-range input and high power supply. However, the main switchvoltage stress in dual switch flyback converter is half of the input voltage. Additionally, this topology needs no RCD snubber. The dual switch flyback converter has advantages of wide input range, high pressure, high power and high efficiency.This paper presents a high efficiency power supply with 100 V-400 V input and 24 V/6 A output. The design is analyzed in detail and verified by prototype experiment.
