摘 要:电缆接头是现代工业生产中不可缺少的零部件,它被广泛地应用在轨道交通装备、电力电子以及工程机械等领域中。随着这些领域的高速发展,对电缆接头的需求也越来越大,尤其是高性能电缆接头。伴随这个趋势出现的另外一个现象是,客户对电缆接头的个性化需求也在增加,如何做到在大批量生产电缆接头的同时又保持产品的多样化定制需求就成为了企业的难题。为了解决这一难题,文章在基于特征及产品族的情况下利用特征参数化设计的方式实现电缆接头的快速优化设计。Cable joints are necessary parts in modern industrial production, which are widely used in rail equipment, power electronics, engineering machinery and other fields. With the rapid development of these fields, the demand for cable joint is also increasing, especially for high performance cable joints. With this trend, another phenomenon which occurs is that customer's individual demand for the cable joint is also increasing. It becomes a problem that how to achieve mass production of cable joints and keep diversified demands of products at the same time. In order to solve this problem, this paper develops a rapid design of cable joints based on feature and product family with the characteristic parametric design.
