摘　　要：随着企业信息化的快速发展,传统的管理方式与现代化的信息系统相结合变得尤为重要。针对目前建筑设计公司项目图纸管理混乱、项目文档分类存储与检索复杂、效率低,以及项目审批流程时间过长等弊端,结合某企业实际需求,采用基于WEB的B/S体系结构、JAVA技术作为开发工具,设计开发了基于WEB的建筑设计数据协同管理系统,较好地解决了上述问题,大大提高了效率,给企业带来更多的便利。With the rapid development of enterprise informationization, traditional management methods combined with modern information systems are particularly important. Aiming at project management of current architectural design company chaos, low efficiency of complex project document classification, storage and retrieval and defect such as project approval process taking too long, combining with the actual needs of an enterprise, based on WEB B/S architecture and JAVA technology using as a development tool, this paper designs and develops the data management coordination system of a WEB-based building design to solve these above problems, which greatly improves efficiency and brings more benefits to the enterprise.
